Shipping & Delivery
Shipping typically takes 7–14 days after dispatch. Including processing, your estimated delivery timeframe is 8–18 days from payment confirmation.
Our products ship from international supplier warehouses. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, carrier delays, and busy holiday periods. Next-day delivery is currently unavailable.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, this email will include your tracking number and instructions for following your delivery. You can also visit Track your order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Address
Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. For damaged items, include photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
